The New Jersey Health and Safety Institute offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to access a wide assortment of American Red Cross Health and Safety courses that are offered at a single, centrally located site in a condensed time frame. The Institute appeals to the young person looking for skills to enhance summer employment prospects and to the seasoned professional looking to re-certify or gain needed CEUs to meet occupational requirements. We are an authorized provider of NJ Department of Education Continuing Education Units.The institute is business friendly; ask about volume discounts for multiple students. Summer camps and recreational facilities can take advantage of the June dates to send counselors as students for lifeguard, water safety, and first aid certification. School Districts required to meet legislative requirements for aquatic faculty and coaches may use these courses to be compliant with the regulations. 

The NJHSI is in its 18th year of operation. The staff is diversified and has extensive training experience. The Institute is conducted under the authority of the American Red Cross Burlington County Chapter, which serves as the state lead for health and safety services providing guidance to all the Red Cross Chapters in the State of New Jersey.
